Notice of Public Hearing

VILLAGE OF ELLICOTTVILLE PLANNING BOARD: LEGAL NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Village of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, and pursuant to a resolution of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Ellicottville, adopted April 1, 2025, the said Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Ellicottville Town Center, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, NY 14731 on the 6th day of May, 2025 at 5:30 P.M. to hear all interested parties regarding an application by Heidi Widger appealing a Historic District Commission decision to disapprove an application requesting approval to demolish two accessory buildings and construct a rear garage addition and covered front porch at 14 Washington Street (SBL 55.035-3-46). Further information is available for review at the Engineering Department, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, NY 14731. Prior to the meeting, documents may also be viewed on the Village website at www.ellicottvillegov.com. Persons wishing to do so may submit comments prior to the meeting.
