TOWN OF ELLICOTTVILLE, CATTARAUGUS COUNTY, NEW YORK: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Ellicottville, with federal and local funding, proposes to replace the Kruse Road Bridge (Bridge Identification Number 2211990) over Beaver Meadows Creek. The purpose of the project is to address structural deficiencies, remove the existing load posting, and provide a safe crossing with a service life of at least seventy‑five (75) years. Pursuant to Section 4(f) of the United States Department of Transportation Act of 1966, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is conducting a de minimis evaluation. The subject bridge lies within an area designated for Public Fishing Rights (PFR) by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC). During bridge removal and construction, access to PFR at this crossing will be temporarily restricted for approximately six (6) months. During this period, anglers will be directed to the stream crossing along County Road 32. VILLAGE OF ELLICOTTVILLE PLANNING BOARD: LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Village of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on 13th day of January 2026 at 5:30 PM or soon after in the Ellicottville Town Center at 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The purpose of the hearing is to hear all interested parties regarding an application by Kathleen Moriarty for a Special Use Permit to convert the rear portion of a condominium unit from Professional Office to a Residence at 8-10 Washington Street, Tax Map #55.035-3-48./102.
