Notice of Public Hearing, Village of Ellicottville Zoning Board of Appeals

LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Village of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the 5th day of May 2026 at 5:30 PM or soon after in the Ellicottville Town Center at 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The purpose of the hearing is to hear all interested parties regarding an application by Jennifer Courtney and Bill Stoll for three area variances at 16 Mechanic Street, Tax Map #55.035-1-34. The petitioner proposes to expand a non-conforming building by raising the roofline, constructing an addition to expand the second floor, and extending the front porch across the façade. Further information is available for review at the Planning Department, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The application may also be viewed on the Village website at www.villageofellicottvilleny.gov. Persons wishing to do so may submit comments prior to the meeting. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Village of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the 12th day of May, 2026 at 5:30 PM or soon after as the matter may be heard, at the Ellicottville Town Center, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731, to consider an application by Tracy Diegelman for Architectural and Historic District Review at 3 Jefferson Street, Tax Map #55.035-3-12. The petitioner is proposing to remove an existing deck and construct new stair landings, a concrete patio, and a concrete parking pad.
