GOACC Celebrates 120th Anniversary at Annual Dinner October 8
GOACC marks 120 years of serving the Olean area while honoring Paula J. Snyder, Sol Epoxy and Paula Fox Derwick
OLEAN - The Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to invite the community to celebrate our 120th anniversary at this year’s Annual Dinner! Join us the evening of Thursday, October 8, for a magical evening, celebrating our anniversary, milestone anniversaries for our valued members, and of course, honoring the recipients of the 2026 L.O.U.I.E., Enterprising Business, and Presidential Awards.
The evening will kick off with a reception beginning at 5:30 pm at St. Bonaventure University’s Doyle Hall. Dinner and awards will follow at 6:30pm.
Two individuals and one business will receive the highest recognition bestowed by the GOACC and be honored.
Paula J. Snyder is receiving 2026’s L.O.U.I.E. (“Love of Olean, United In Enterprise”) Award. This award is given to an individual who exemplifies the enterprising spirit of commercial growth and admiration for the greater Olean community, qualities which were embodied by the namesake of this award, Louis Marra.
Sol Epoxy, Inc., is this year’s recipient of the Enterprising Business Award, presented to a business that exemplifies the unique “hometown” charm of the greater Olean area in manners of administration, customer service, or display of inventory.
And last but certainly not least, taking home the Presidential Award this year is Paula Fox Derwick of Fox Financial. This award is bestowed upon an iconic or institutional business/individual, located in the greater Olean area, who has become an integral part of the fabric of this community.

Tickets are now available online at www.OleanNY.com/AnnualDinner. Member tickets are $75, and non-member tickets are $85. Ticket price includes entry into the event as well as appetizers, buffet dinner, desserts, access to the cash bar, along with entertainment.
