Phoenix Humane Society to Host 3rd Annual Not So Fall Fundraiser in Cattaraugus on July 18

Enjoy raffle prizes, local vendors, a popular chicken BBQ, and family-friendly fun while helping the Phoenix Humane Society provide shelter, medical care, and second chances for homeless animals throughout the greater Cattaraugus area.

CATTARAUGUS - Animal lovers and community supporters are invited to spend a fun-filled afternoon while helping homeless pets at the 3rd Annual Not So Fall Fundraiser, hosted by the Phoenix Humane Society of Greater Cattaraugus, Inc.

The fundraiser will take place Saturday, July 18 from 11:00am-4:00pm at the Cattaraugus Fireman's Club, 150 South Street, Cattaraugus, NY. The event promises something for everyone, with raffles, vendors, great food, and plenty of opportunities to support the organization's mission of caring for animals in need.

One of the biggest attractions will be the event's three large raffle items, including a Kobalt tool chest, a 90-quart Igloo cooler packed with alcoholic beverages, and a furniture-style dog crate complete with a plush bed, bowls, toys, and other pet accessories. In addition to the featured prizes, attendees can try their luck on more than 100 basket raffle items, offering everything from gift cards and themed baskets to merchandise donated by local businesses and supporters.

Back by popular demand is the fundraiser's Chicken BBQ, with dinners available for $15 each. Each meal includes barbecue chicken, macaroni salad, baked beans, a roll, and a cookie. Meals will be served beginning at 11:00am and continue until sold out, so organizers encourage guests to arrive early.

Local vendors will also be on hand throughout the day, giving visitors another opportunity to shop while supporting a worthwhile cause.

Funds raised during the event help the Phoenix Humane Society continue providing shelter, medical care and second chances for homeless and abandoned animals throughout the greater Cattaraugus area. Organizers hope the community will come out to enjoy the day and help make this year's fundraiser the biggest one yet!
