AMSOIL Seneca Allegany Snocross National Returns Feb. 20-21 at Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino
Nationally televised snocross action, family-friendly activities, and a full winter weekend experience return to Salamanca’s premier resort destination.
SALAMANCA - One of the most powerful and exciting weekends of winter is almost here! Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino will host the AMSOIL Seneca Allegany Snocross National on Friday, February 20th and Saturday, February 21st. The world’s greatest snocross racers will one again face off on Seneca Allegany’s thrilling and challenging track layout filled with wicked twists and giant ramps that will send racers and their vehicles flying dozens of feet in the air. Part of the AMSOIL Championship Snocross season, the two-day, nationally televised event has become a signature highlight of the winter season.
“This event and the weekend of excitement that encapsulates it has become a signature part of the winter in Salamanca and the Southern Tier,” said Bryan Van Buren, Vice President of Operations, Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino. “The new track layout we debuted a few years ago was a real hit and helped elevate the racing action to an exciting new level. Now that they’re familiar with the layout, I think the racers will be ready to attack the track, which creates an incredible experience for our guests.”
The AMSOIL Snocross National will feature two jam-packed days of racing excitement and family-friendly fun. In addition to dozens of exhilarating races and practice sessions featuring professional and amateur racers of all ages, the weekend’s highlights also include the AMSOIL Coloring Zone, autograph sessions with the racers, vendors with great and unique offerings, inflatables for young guests to enjoy, and endless energy, excitement, and fun.
“Snocross weekend is really something the entire family can enjoy,” Van Buren added. “There is so much to do and enjoy during our winters, and Snocross really leans into and celebrates that. The races shine a spotlight on how fun winter can be and the full experience we offer our guests, which is why so many people have made our Snocross weekend a regular part of their winter schedule.”
In addition to the races themselves, guests can also enjoy everything that makes Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino a sought-after, year-round resort destination.
“The gaming floor and the Seneca Sports Lounge will be buzzing with action,” Van Buren said. “We have multiple world-class restaurants with meals to satisfy every craving and meet every budget, live entertainment at The River Bar, and all of our amazing amenities, so guests coming for the races can make a memorable weekend out of their visit.”
Friday’s Snocross session begins at 10:00am, while the Saturday schedule gets underway at 8:00am. Select tickets are still available and children aged 12 and under are free. For tickets and other information, visit SenecaAlleganyCasino.com.
