OLEAN - Golf enthusiasts and sports aficionados alike, get ready to dust off your clubs and tee up for a day of exceptional golfing and camaraderie! The Challenger Learning Center of the Twin Tiers is thrilled to announce its 6th Annual Golf Classic, an event that brings together golfers of all skill levels to enjoy a thrilling day on the greens at St. Bonaventure’s Golf Course. This year's Classic promises to be a day filled with fun, great prizes, and unforgettable moments. So mark your calendars and join the Challenger Learning Center as they swing into action for a memorable day of golfing excellence.
The 6th Annual Golf Classic will take place on June 13, 2026 at the lovely St. Bonaventure Golf Course. Nestled in the picturesque southern tier landscape, the St. Bona’s Golf Course offers an intimate and welcoming 9-hole track (played twice), ensuring a remarkable day for all participants. Whether you're a seasoned golfer or new to the sport, this classic is designed to provide an inclusive and enjoyable experience for everyone.
The Classic will follow a shotgun format starting at 10:00am, ensuring a fair and competitive environment for all participants. The cost is $100 per player and each participant will receive a goodie bag, a choice of hamburger or hot dog, several beverages for lunch, and a delicious Krolick’s Chicken BBQ dinner back at the Challenger Learning Center afterwards. There will also be basket raffles, a 50/50 raffle, and games at some of the holes.
The 6th Annual Golf Classic not only celebrates the love of the sport but also aims to positively impact the community. The proceeds from this event will benefit the Challenger Learning Center by helping to increase scholarship funds that can be made available to visiting schools. By participating in the Classic, you will be supporting a worthy cause and making a difference in the lives of local students. Together, with our sponsors we can ‘drive’ change both on and off the course.
