Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce Unveils 2026 Events
The community can expect the return of many festive favorites, including the Jingle Bell Jubilee, Southern Tier Restaurant Week, and the Chamber Clambake - renamed Chamber Picnic in the Park
OLEAN - The Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce our 2026 lineup of events! It’s a new year and a new season here at the GOACC and we have a lot of great things to share with you. This year promises to be even better than last year!
Everyone loves a good bargain - and this year, the sales don’t have to end! An additional day has been added to the Community-Wide Garage Sales, now taking place Friday, May 8th and Saturday, May 9th. Be on the lookout for more special advertising options this year as well.
Last year, the iconic Chamber Clambake was renamed Chamber Picnic in the Park. This year, we are moving the event to July and officially calling it the “GOACC Paradise in the Park!” Help us celebrate the summer on July 12th in the heart of Downtown Olean at Lincoln Park, at this fun, tropical, premier business and social networking event.
The 2025 Southern Tier Corporate Challenge saw the largest number of participants by far. Can we set a new record this year? Bring your running shoes on Thursday, June 25th at JCC!
With every new year comes bittersweet changes. This year, we say farewell to the Chamber Golf Classic. But the good news is, our Community Calendar will be overflowing with golf tournaments this summer!
Southern Tier Restaurant Week Parts I and II were a hit last year - find them in our lineup again this year in March from the 13-21st, and August from the 7-15th. Southern Tier Restaurant Week Part II runs right into StrOlean, our favorite festival right in the heart of Downtown Olean, on August 15th.
As usual, the GOACC Annual Dinner will take place in early October, this year on Thursday, October 8th. Stay tuned for more exciting details about that event!
Like always, the Santa Claus Lane Parade will take place on Friday, November 27th as we usher in the Holiday spirit.
In 2025, Jingle Bell Jubilee took place during the day rather than at night, and this year we are keeping the rare winter daylight going! Jingle Bell Jubilee will be on Saturday, December 12th, but this year, the magic will happen at War Vets Park in Olean.
The Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce has undergone lots of changes in the past couple years, as reflected in the changes to the event lineup, but we are confident in these events and what they bring to the community. Now more than ever we are committed to our local business members, our community, and making a positive impact on our area. Cheers to 2026!
