HomeCare & Hospice Foundation to Host 2nd Annual Hospice Golf Classic in Batavia
Golfers and supporters are invited to tee off for a meaningful cause as HomeCare & Hospice Foundation brings back its annual tournament benefiting compassionate care across four counties.
BATAVIA - HomeCare & Hospice Foundation is preparing for its 2nd Annual Hospice Golf Classic on Tuesday, June 23 at the scenic Terry Hills Golf Course. Registration is $100 per golfer or $400 per foursome, which includes green fees, cart, lunch on the course, dinner at the evening awards ceremony, goodies, and fun contests.
“It’s a great day to spend on the golf course while also supporting our patients and their families in our community,” said Meme Yanetsko, Director of Advancement for HomeCare & Hospice. “It’s meaningful fun to have with your colleagues, friends, or family.”
Proceeds benefit HomeCare & Hospice Foundation, helping bring compassionate care and services to Allegany, Cattaraugus, Genesee, and Wyoming counties. Although the tournament is in Genesee County, all are welcome to register a team and show support.
"Hospice doesn’t have a location - it impacts families everywhere,” Melissa Sullivan, CEO for HomeCare & Hospice said. “And we’re excited to see the southern counties show their support by joining us for a great day of golf in the north."
Seven teams have already signed up for the 2026 Classic: DataBranch, Kinley Contractors, National Fuel, Paul Brown Chevrolet, Siemens, Lawley Insurance, and Portville Central School.
Sponsorship opportunities are still available, including hole sponsors, swag, lunch, cocktail hour, specialty tee signs, and golf hole discs. Hedley Brook Agency of Olean will be a hole sponsor for this year’s tournament. For more information, contact HomeCare & Hospice at 716-372-2106.
The event committee is seeking to fill a field of 20 foursomes. To register, call 716-372-2106 or visit homecare-hospice.org.
