ELLICOTTVILLE - Ellicottville Distillery is set to celebrate the release of its newest seasonal offering, Maple Spirit, this Saturday, April 11, bringing together local flavor, craftsmanship, and an afternoon of fun! Distilled from 100% local New York State maple syrup, the spirit captures the essence of the region’s sugaring season, transforming a simple, natural ingredient into something truly distinctive.
The release event will showcase live music from Porcelain Train from 3:00–6:00pm, and guests will have the chance to sample a creative lineup of Maple Spirit cocktails crafted especially for the weekend. Featured drinks include the Maple Kiss - blending maple with black raspberry syrup, lemon, and ginger ale for a bright, refreshing twist, and the North Woods - a smooth mix of blueberry syrup, lemon, pear, and soda that highlights the spirit’s versatility.
