Tickets for Greater Olean Area Chamber Event (Formerly Known as Clambake) Are Now On Sale
OLEAN - Tickets for GOACC’s Picnic in the Park (formerly known as the Chamber Clambake) are now available online! A new name was implemented to better reflect the wide array of menu offerings, but yes - we still have all the clams and seafood you can imagine, catered by Century Manor. Help us kickoff our summer events season at Picnic in the Park on Thursday, June 12th from 4:00-8:30pm in Lincoln Park!
The name wasn’t the only change this year - GOACC has a new and smooth ticket purchasing process, and we are happy to announce that tickets are now open to not only employees of GOACC Member Businesses, but to the public as well!
Early bird pricing is listed below, and available through 5:00pm on June 2nd, after which all displayed prices increase by $10. Tickets are available online at www.oleanny.com/picnic or in the GOACC Gift Shop at 301 N. Union St. A limited number of tickets may be available the day of the event, but are pending availability, so don't delay!
GOACC Member Standard - $65
GOACC Member Premium - $75
Non-member Standard - $75
Non-member Premium - $85
Standard tickets include entry to the event, as well as full access to the food and non-alcoholic drinks, like water, iced tea, and lemonade. Standard Ticket holders aged 21 or older can also purchase alcoholic beverage tickets individually for $4. By contrast, the Premium ticket is an all-inclusive experience of food and beverages. Choose from two draft beers and a seltzer option.
Your ticket will be emailed to you at the time of your online purchase and can be re-sent to you by GOACC staff if needed. Upon arrival at the event, ticket holders can either present a printed version of their emailed ticket, or show their ticket on their phone for GOACC staff to scan during check-in. The process will feel similar to a concert or sporting event.
Speaking of concerts, event veterans, 2 Guys Drinking Beer, will provide musical accompaniment throughout the event, sponsored by Sol Epoxy. Cutco Corporation is sponsoring the wristbands that attendees will wear, and Van Skiver's Heating and Air Conditioning is sponsoring the event tickets. The star of the show is the variety of summer favorites being offered by the Century Manor. There’ll be mini beef on wecks, beef and chicken sliders, a nacho bar, BBQ meatballs, mac and cheese, street corn, salt potatoes, deviled eggs, baked beans, pasta salad, potato salad, and fresh fruit. We didn’t forget about the seafood! For clams, we’ll have steamed, raw, and casino. Other seafood options include crab cakes and tuna bites. For dessert, enjoy apple pie, brownies, and s’mores rice crispy treats.
We hope you’ll join us for our summer kick-off! We will have raffle baskets sponsored by Nick Shembeda Plumbing & Heating, a raffle for a Cutco Homemaker set, live entertainment, yard games provided by GOACC and Intandem, and the perfect summer menu from The Century Manor. No matter what you call it, you won’t want to miss it!
