Suzy Woo's Star Readings: Aquarius & Leo Nodes of Fate Shift Brings Major Life Changes Through 2028

Since just last weekend, task-master and lord of karma, Saturn, has now retrograded in the sign of Aries. This is NOW a time to take a breath and review the new foundations you are needing to lay down. Practice discipline and strategy and review your plan. Do your due diligence and put in the necessary effort to show the universe you mean it. Saturn will go direct again in December, and that’s when you’ll receive the reward.

The moon’s nodes, the nodes of fate, change signs every 18.5 months. Since last year January, the north node (what we need to reach towards) has been in the spiritual sign of Pisces, asking us to dissolve false beliefs or beliefs we can’t actually get behind, and to seek higher meaning in our lives. Be open to the ideal there is a higher power involved, that is helpful and supportive and wants you to win.

The south node is what has reached its expiration date and is in need of purging. It has been in the sign of Virgo, saying to try not being so wired and anxious, to ease our OCD. That it is okay to not be perfect and to treat yourself much better. Embrace your imperfections and grant grace to others, accepting that we are all doing the best we can.

Last weekend, these nodes have changed signs. The north node is now in Aquarius, supporting groups, collectives, the future, technology, innovation, and other intelligent life forms. The south node is in Leo, representing celebrities, royalty, rulers and significant leaders.

The new mission for the next year and a half is to understand your personal Aquarius and Leo energy. These are opposite signs from one another. You don’t need to be an Aquarius or Leo sun, moon or rising sign - this impacts everybody for the Aquarius and Leo houses of your individual chart. But if you are a fixed sign, that is, Taurus, Leo, Scorpio or Aquarius, it will impact you quite strongly.

The Aquarius part of your chart wants change, innovation, and improvement; and does not want to dabble in smallness. Leo energy represents how you shine as an individual, your secret sauce, your inherent talents, hobbies, and self-expression. It’s a creative and playful energy.

We need to let go of any NEED for applause, being placed on a pedestal, or glorified. We will win and enjoy far more when we connect, collaborate, and unify. A community needs every type of person to make it work. We want to be bringing our specialness to the table with others, to groups and collectives. It is betterment for the greater good; so many can benefit vs just one person. It is helping one another, and humanitarianism.

You are NOT being asked to change who you are. You are being asked to be part of the whole. You are needed to bring your light to your respective group(s) or team(s).

If your natal nodes are in these signs exactly, it will be an easier time of implementation and a bit smoother, feeling harmonic. If you have the opposite of this, meaning your north node is in Leo and your south node is in Aquarius, this will be a time of change and disruption, to help get you on a higher track.

ARIES RISING / SUN SIGN: Over the next year and a half, you’re being asked to go big, but you have to be a team player. It’s a golden time where your greatest supporters and new friends can find you, IF you put yourself out there and recruit. With humility and a firm goal, this can be when you align with the perfect team to build and help you launch your big dream!

TAURUS RISING / SUN SIGN: A phenomenal time for advancement of your career, your public-facing life, your legacy, your contributions to the world! If you’ve been working from home, you may be asked to go into the office or to work locations more often. It will be a period where you’ll likely spend more time away from home base. There may be a move or relocation for work.

GEMINI RISING / SUN SIGN: Writing, publishing, marketing, being a student and a teacher is in the cards for you! It will pay you back many times over to work with a coach, teacher, guru, guide, or mentor. Get some travel in to places you’ve always wanted to experience. Listen first, then ask questions. A golden time you have been waiting almost 8 years for is NOW here!

CANCER RISING / SUN SIGN: This period can bring an inheritance, settlement, acquiring of real estate, or investments working for you, including digitized goods. In addition, your income can expand handsomely. It will be important to remember your roots and who helped you on the way up. Don’t let your head swell.

LEO RISING / SUN SIGN: Jupiter and the south node are in your sign - if you’re Leo rising, be careful of weight gain. If it’s your sun, you can get your ‘day in the sun’ for a whole year, but don’t let it get to your head. You are likely to attract a unique partnership which will help you achieve your goals. Speak up and be heard, and share the wealth with those who supported you.

VIRGO RISING / SUN SIGN: You are being prepared NOW for a successful launch next summer. Use this year for clearing up any confusion over goals, shedding away others’ opinions of what you ‘should’ do, and get your mind, body and soul all on the same page. Establish a nice daily routine so you can practice self-discipline, and you’ll quickly either move up the ladder or be ready for your own spotlight in the new year!

LIBRA RISING / SUN SIGN: This period can bring a shift of job or work environment, and/or your “friends tree” will be shaken. Focus more on your individual talents and get aligned to something big. Expect to get to this goal with fewer people involved - letting go of half-friends, keeping the ones who truly care and have your back. Great time for self-employment.

SCORPIO RISING / SUN SIGN: During this period, you’ll be focusing more on domestic, home and family, and releasing tendencies to overwork or spend excess time away from home. You may acquire real estate or relocate. Your career is ready to pop. Streamline your career and possibly work from home more. It’s a year new friends can become just like family.

SAGITTARIUS RISING / SUN SIGN: You are having genius energy lit up and that can show up as bright new thoughts, inventions, new ideals, tech, apps, or concepts you can put to work for you! Collaborate and execute. It will be important to put yourself in a student and listening capacity to learn and absorb information and not control the room with what you already know. Fabulous year for publishing, writing, teaching, brushing up your skills, and staying close to home base.

CAPRICORN RISING / SUN SIGN: The financial axis is lit up in your chart. Prepare to either ask for a raise or launch a business. This is a splendid time to receive trust, investments, or even property from others who believe in your mission. Bring in your dream team to really capitalize; you can generate or plug into a wealth-spring.

AQUARIUS RISING / SUN SIGN: It’s definitely a test of morality now with Pluto and the north node in your sign. Understand that you need others and are not above them, and you can realize improved or great health and wealth. You can attract a radiant heart-filled partner or partnership to accentuate the positive with you; make room.

PISCES RISING / SUN SIGN: Take this year to listen to and work on your physical self. Get a healthy new daily routine established. If you don’t, unchecked or neglected matters can become bigger with Jupiter and the south node in your health house. You’ll be releasing old spiritual beliefs and become more aligned with your Piscean nature of creativity and natural beauty.
