Tri-County Arts Council Hosts Artisan Member Summer Showcase in Olean

Now through August 31, explore a diverse collection of handmade works by local artists at the Peg Bothner Gallery.

OLEAN - The Tri-County Arts Council proudly announces its Artisan Member Summer Showcase, a celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, and community. The exhibition is on display at the Peg Bothner Gallery, located at 110 West State Street in Olean, and features a diverse range of works by our talented artisan members.

This special member showcase highlights the exceptional skill and artistry of local makers from across Allegany, Cattaraugus, and Chautauqua Counties, representing a variety of mediums including pottery, stained glass, jewelry, woodwork, mixed media, and more. From functional art to fine craft, this exhibit offers something to inspire every art lover and collector.

“Our Artisan Member Summer Showcase is a way to give our artist members an opportunity to share their work in our gallery,” says Megan Davis, Executive Director of the Tri-County Arts Council. “It’s a celebration of the talented artisans who are the heartbeat of our arts community.”

The exhibit is free and open to the public during gallery hours and will run through August 31st. Visitors are invited to experience the work and support local creativity by purchasing unique handmade pieces.
