Tri-County Arts Council Presents “Connections” Exhibition in Peg Bothner Gallery Through March 7
Group exhibition featuring 42 regional artists explores love, kinship, and community in a diverse showcase of 129 works.
OLEAN - The Tri-County Arts Council is pleased to present Connections, a group exhibition exploring themes of love, friendship, kinship, community, and belonging. The exhibition is currently on display in the Peg Bothner Gallery and will remain on view through March 7th.
Connections features 42 regional artists and 129 unique works of art, offering a wide range of artistic voices, media, and perspectives. Together, the works celebrate the relationships that bind people together - romantic, familial, platonic, and communal - and reflect on the shared experiences that create a sense of belonging.
From intimate personal narratives to broader reflections on kinship and community, the exhibition invites viewers to consider how connections shape identity, foster resilience, and strengthen communities. The diversity of styles and approaches highlights the richness of the region’s creative community while emphasizing the universal nature of human connection.
