Notice of Public Hearing, Village of Ellicottville Zoning Board of Appeals

LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Village of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on 7th day of April 2026 at 5:30 PM or soon after in the Ellicottville Town Center at 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The purpose of the hearing is to hear all interested parties regarding an application by Ron Divers for three area variances at 41 Monroe Street, Tax Map #55.035-6-21. The petitioner is proposing to renovate an existing single-family dwelling and construct a new addition and wrap around porch less than the minimum front and side yard setback requirements.
