Notice of Public Hearing

VILLAGE OF ELLICOTTVILLE PLANNING BOARD: LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Village of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Ellicottville Town Center, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731, on 1st day of July 2025 at 5:30 PM. The purpose of the hearing is to hear all interested parties regarding an application by Michelle and Craig Winters for a Use Variance and three Area Variances at 7-9 Elk Street, Tax Map #55.035-1-23. The petitioner is proposing to demolish an accessory structure and construct a new 2-story single-family detached dwelling less than minimum building size allowed, and closer to the side and front property lines allowed by the zoning local law. The application may also be viewed on the Village website at www.ellicottvillegov.com. Persons wishing to do so may submit comments prior to the meeting.
