Contractor’s Day Returns to HoliMont for 45th Anniversary Celebration
A full day of skiing, racing, and après-ski festivities marks a milestone winter tradition in Ellicottville
ELLICOTTVILLE - HoliMont will host its 45th Annual Contractor’s Day on Friday, January 30, 2026 from 9:00am-5:00pm, marking a major milestone for one of the area’s longest-running winter traditions. Each winter, Contractor’s Day brings together contractors, crews, and community members for a full day of skiing, friendly racing, and camaraderie on the mountain. From the iconic Bombardier Drop to après-ski festivities and a catered lunch by Dina’s at the ’Mont, the event continues to be a favorite gathering that blends competition, networking, and celebration.
The success of Contractor’s Day is made possible through event sponsorships, which help support programming, food, and activities while giving participating businesses valuable visibility in front of hundreds of attendees. HoliMont is currently inviting local businesses and industry partners to become part of this year’s anniversary celebration, with sponsorship levels available to fit a wide range of companies. Businesses interested in sponsoring or learning more about the event can explore opportunities online or contact HoliMont directly at events@holimont.com.
Community members are encouraged to take part in this year’s Contractors Day and be part of a HoliMont tradition that has brought people together for more than four decades. Event and lift tickets are $145 and include a full day of skiing plus access to all festivities, including coffee, lunch, the après-ski party, and four drink tickets. For those not skiing or riding, event-only tickets are $70, which include full access to the day’s food, après-ski celebration, and four drink tickets. Tickets are available in advance (holimont.com/events), and attendees are encouraged to secure their spot early to help make this milestone 45th anniversary one of the best yet.
