Ellicottville Distillery to Host Annual Christmas Tree Bonfire on Jan. 17
The beloved winter tradition invites the community to bring natural Christmas trees for a towering bonfire, live music, and seasonal spirits.
ELLICOTTVILLE - Ellicottville Distillery will celebrate the end of the holiday season and the heart of winter with one of its most anticipated seasonal traditions - the annual Christmas Tree Bonfire - this Saturday, January 17th from 5:00-8:00pm.
Community members are encouraged to save their natural Christmas trees and bring them to the distillery to help build the towering bonfire, creating a festive and symbolic send-off to the holiday season. As the trees are added to the fire, the glowing blaze offers a warm gathering point for friends, neighbors, and visitors alike.
Guests can warm up with handcrafted spirits and seasonal cocktails available for purchase inside the tasting room. Ellicottville Distillery is known for its small-batch lineup, including flavors such as Apple Pie Moonshine, Maple Bourbon, and Coffee Vodka, offering plenty of cozy options to sip while enjoying the fire and live music.
Live music will be provided throughout the evening by local favorite Greg Zeis, adding to the relaxed après-ski atmosphere and giving guests a soundtrack for winter socializing. Attendees are reminded to bring only natural trees - no tinsel, lights, ornaments, or artificial materials.
Ellicottville Distillery is located just outside the village and regularly hosts live music and special events throughout the year. The bonfire event is open to the public and weather-dependent. For more information, visit Ellicottville Distillery on social media or at ellicottvilledistillery.com.
