ELLICOTTVILLE - The Ellicottville Historical Museum is open every Saturday and Sunday from 1:00-4:00pm May through September. Please come and visit to see what is new for this year. We have a display on celebrations throughout the years to celebrate what went on in the town. Come visit with our wonderful volunteers and learn the history of Ellicottville. If you like history and would like to come and volunteer, we would love to have new people join us. You don’t need to know the history, but you will meet interesting people from all over the U.S. and the world.
We also have our Historical Meeting for the season. They are being held at the Ellicottville Memorial Library, 6499 Maples Road, and they start at 7:00pm. They are free to the public.
On May 30, the Town Historian will be having a Historical walk around Ellicottville. Looking at the houses that the Founding Fathers of Ellicottville lived in. The walk will meet at the Gazebo at 1:00pm. The cost is $15.00 and it is about 1.5 hours.
