The 2nd Annual Allegheny River Running Fest was another success in the race books. Coming into year two, the ARRF committee was looking for another repeat of the event 2020 even with COVID last year.

29 Foursomes Compete In 8th Corporate Golf Classic
The GOACC Corporate Golf Classic pits businesses against businesses in a heated competition to be deemed corporate winners. This year, the golf classic was able to donate $750 to the Michele Krahe Peace Scholarship Fund with the Catt. Region Community Foundation.
Celebrate Labor Day Weekend with the Bemus Point Golf Club & Tap House

Allegheny River Running Fest
This year, GOACC officials are stating, “ARRIVE • RUN • STAY” as a slogan for its Allegheny River Running Fest. It will feature two races: a 10K and Half Marathon, both will start/finish at War Veterans Park in Olean.
Coaches vs. Cancer
An annual event, the 716 Golf Classic has been bringing golfers together for many years. Area golfers and numerous members of the basketball community will come together for a great afternoon on the greens to raise money for the American Cancer Society.
A Field of Neon Art

GOACC Unveils This Year’s Santa Claus Lane Ornament
GOACC has unveiled its newest Santa Claus Lane ornament, a depiction of the Olean Public Library. Through the ornament sales, holiday lights are funded and can be lit in Olean from November to early January.
Welcome to the 178th Cattaraugus County Fair
It’s been two years in the making, and it will be worth the wait! The Cattaraugus County Fair is returning to Little Valley for the 178th year from Aug. 1st through 7th, and it’s going to be a fair to remember.
Artists on Display
The Tri-County Arts Council will exhibit provocative and visionary paintings by two modern artists beginning August 6th through September 4th. A public reception for the two exhibits will be held from 7:00-9:00pm on Friday, Aug. 20th in the gallery.
East Aurora to Ellicottville
The Erie Cattaraugus Rail Trail will host a 42-mile charity bike ride from East Aurora to Ellicottville to raise funds to continue to build the 27-mile rail trail that runs along the former Buffalo & Pittsburgh rail line.
