Whether you are looking for a sweet spirit, an educational tour, a scenic golf tournament, or a shimmering car show, Ellicottville Distillery is one of the prime places to be during the summer months. After a knock-out spring and looking ahead to warmer days, they stroll into the season with a highly anticipated lineup of summer events designed for the fun‑loving public. From music‑filled evenings to community‑driven displays, weekends bring something new to sip, see, and celebrate.
For car‑enthusiasts - or anyone looking to support a good cause - Ellicottville Distillery hosts their annual car show this Sunday, June 14. The previous year’s event brought more than 80 eye‑catching vehicles to the open lot, and with interest growing year after year, they anticipate an even larger turnout this summer. Registration opens at 10:00am with a $15 entry fee, and a portion of the proceeds will go to Golisano Children’s Hospital, attaching purpose with every polished hood and revving engine.
Distillery co-oowner Renee Scharf offers a personal connection. “Our daughter was a preemie and spent some time in the NICU,” she said. “We like to present a check to them every year.”
Guests can wander the rows of classics and customs starting at noon, chat with owners, sip cocktails from the tasting room, and settle in as local band The Chillbillys take the stage from 3:00-6:00pm, turning the show into a celebration of cars, community, and catchy music.

All live music and firework enjoyers won’t want to miss their Independence Day Celebration on July 3. With rumbling bass lines, catchy drum hooks, and an intoxicating acoustic guitar, Noah Lee & The Stetsons will bring their punch-packing folk-rock energy to the Distillery from 7:00-10:00pm. As the band kicks up the tempo, the Distillery turns into a hometown summer gathering. Sitting on an open lot, spirit-lovers can take their cocktails outside and enjoy the surrounding scenery, socialize with neighbors and friends, and let the music roll them right into the evening. Guests can stick around for the show-stopping fireworks as dusk falls, lighting up the valley in a burst of color.
Until October, Ellicottville Distillery will host either a duo or solo music artist from 2:00-5:00pm every Sunday. “Just something extra for our patrons to enjoy,” said Renee. “It seems to be a good hit!”
The Distillery also has a lineup of spirits sure to bring a smile to your face. Their maple bourbon exists as essentially distilled maple syrup - rich, warm, and unmistakably local. With another nod to their maple line, their maple crème remains a crowd favorite - one pour turning any evening into a treat. Their classic blueberry vodka delivers the bright and refreshing taste of the warmer months in a glass. Together, the lineup rounds out the experience: sweet, bold, and classically Ellicottville.
As summer settles into the rolling hills of the village, Ellicottville Distillery stands as a place where good spirits, good company, and good causes meet. Whether you’re drawn in by the music, the motors, the fireworks, or the craft behind every bottle, every event is another layer of the Distillery’s relationship with the local community.
