Ellicottville Rock n' Roll Weekend Returns September 12-13

Classic cars, live music, an Elvis tribute and a new Vendor Pop-Up Market bring Ellicottville to life this fall

ELLICOTTVILLE - The roar of classic engines, the sound of live music, and the energy of thousands of visitors will once again fill the streets of Ellicottville as the community celebrates its annual Rock n' Roll Weekend on September 12-13. This year's event promises an exciting mix of classic cars, live entertainment, shopping, dining, and new additions that make it a must-visit fall getaway.

Taking place throughout Ellicottville's charming four-block downtown business district, Rock n' Roll Weekend will feature live music, family-friendly entertainment, and a vibrant atmosphere that celebrates the spirit of classic rock and automotive history.

A new addition to this year's festival is a Vendor Pop-Up Market, taking place both Saturday and Sunday, featuring local artisans, specialty vendors, handcrafted goods, unique gifts, and more. The new market expands the festival experience by giving visitors even more opportunities to shop and explore while enjoying the weekend festivities.

On Saturday, September 12, festival-goers can enjoy live music at the Village Gazebo from Necessary Experience, bringing their high-energy sound to the heart of downtown Ellicottville. Visitors can relax, enjoy the music, and experience the welcoming atmosphere that has made Rock n' Roll Weekend a longtime favorite among residents and visitors alike.

The festival's signature Car Show will take place on Sunday, September 13, transforming Ellicottville's streets into a showcase of automotive excellence. More than 200 vehicles are expected to participate, including vintage Cadillacs, classic Mustangs, sleek Corvettes, and other meticulously maintained automobiles. Car enthusiasts and spectators alike will have the opportunity to admire these rolling masterpieces and meet the owners who have preserved them for generations to enjoy. Adding to the Sunday entertainment lineup, crowd favorite Terry Buchwald will return to perform his popular Elvis tribute show, bringing the energy and timeless hits of the King of Rock n' Roll to the Village Gazebo once again.

"Rock n' Roll Weekend has become one of Ellicottville's most anticipated annual events," said Barb Pump, Executive Director of the Ellicottville Chamber of Commerce. "From live music and classic cars to shopping, dining, and our new vendor pop-up market, there's truly something for everyone. It's the perfect opportunity to enjoy a weekend in Ellicottville and experience everything our community has to offer.”

Beyond the music and automobiles, visitors will enjoy Ellicottville's unique collection of shops, restaurants, breweries, and attractions, all within easy walking distance. The festival creates a nostalgic atmosphere where families, friends, and visitors of all ages can gather to celebrate.
