Tri-County Arts Council’s “A Little Something” Small Works Show Returns November 15
The Tri-County Arts Council’s beloved “A Little Something” exhibition returns to the Peg Bothner Gallery, featuring hundreds of small works by regional artists — perfect for holiday gifting.
OLEAN - The Tri-County Arts Council is thrilled to announce the return of its most popular annual exhibition, “A Little Something: Small Works Show,” opening Saturday, November 15th from 5:00-8:00pm at the Peg Bothner Gallery, located at the Tri-County Arts Council, 110 West State Street, Olean, NY. This beloved exhibition showcases hundreds of small works created by regional artists, making it the perfect opportunity to find affordable, one-of-a-kind art just in time for the holidays while supporting the Tri-County Arts Council.
Guests are invited to enjoy light bites and refreshments during the opening reception as they explore the variety of mediums and styles represented. “A Little Something is a celebration of creativity,” said Megan Davis, Executive Director. “It’s a special way to kick off the holiday shopping season and support artists in our region. There are high quality pieces that have been submitted at a range of prices.”
Additionally, the organization will be holding a fundraising art raffle named “Little Art, Big Impact” during the show. This raffle will run through Small Business Saturday, November 29th and the drawing will be held during activities planned at Tri-County Arts Council for that day. Shoppers are invited to enjoy live art demonstrations, live holiday music and hot cocoa.
“Our gallery and Artisan Market offer a unique shopping experience year-round. We invite people to shop small business, shop local and support the artisans that live and create in the area.”
“A Little Something” will remain on view through January 9th. All works are available for purchase, with proceeds supporting both the artists and the Tri-County Arts Council’s community programs.
