The Refuse Committee has been dissolved, but officials may reconsider lowering fines in the Ellicottville Village Refuse Law. The Village Board voted to take those actions at the April 19th meeting.

Tremendous volume of real estate sales has driven down 2022 equalization rate. Property owners in the Town of Ellicottville will see their properties assessed at 84% of full market value.

Fat tire racing makes its debut this Saturday, April 9th at HoliMont as they will host a Dual Slalom. Riders will be given a chance to run each of the two courses, and the best combined time will win their heat.
