Notice of Public Hearing, Village of Ellicottville Planning Board

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Village of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on October 13, 2026 at 5:30 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Ellicottville Town Center, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The purpose of the hearing is to hear all interested parties concerning an application by SRW of WNY, LLC for Historic District Review and Architectural Design Review at 32 Washington Street (Tax Map #55.035-3-34). The applicant proposes to replace the existing rear deck and staircase with a covered deck and new staircase. Further information is available for review at the Planning Department, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The application may also be viewed on the Village Website at www.villageofellicottvilleny.gov. Interested persons may submit comments prior to the meeting.
