NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Ellicottville at the Town Hall, 1 Washington Street, Ellicottville, New York, at 6:00 PM on the 19th day of August, 2026, concerning proposed Local Law Number 4 of 2026, entitled, “A Local Law Regulating Security Alarm Responses and Establishing Fees for Repeated False Alarms.” A copy of the proposed local law is available for inspection at the office of the Town Clerk.
