Notice of Public Hearing, Village of Ellicottville Planning Board

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Village of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on November 10, 2026 at 5:30 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Ellicottville Town Center, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The purpose of the hearing is to hear all interested parties concerning an application by John Crandall for a Sign Permit and Historic District Review at 22 Monroe Street (Tax Map #55.035-6-3). The applicant proposes a new hanging sign and a window sign to replace signage from previous retail business. Further information is available for review at the Planning Department, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The application may also be viewed on the Village Website at www.villageofellicottvilleny.gov. Interested persons may submit comments prior to the meeting.
