Notice of Public Hearing, Village of Ellicottville Zoning Board of Appeals

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Village of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on October 6, 2026 at 5:30 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Ellicottville Town Center, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The purpose of the hearing is to hear all interested parties concerning an application by Mindy Wolfe for two Area Variances at 22 Madison Street (Tax Map #55.035-4-12). The petitioner proposes to construct a two-story single-family detached dwelling with front and rear yard setbacks that are less than the minimum required under Section 3A.2.C.3 and Section 3A.2.C.4 of the Village Zoning Code. Further information is available for review at the Planning Department, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The application may also be viewed on the Village website at www.villageofellicottvilleny.gov. Persons wishing to do so may submit comments prior to the meeting.
