DEPUTY CLERK / SUPERVISOR’S CLERK: The Town of Ellicottville is seeking a qualified candidate to assist in the daily operations of the Clerk’s Office. Duties include maintaining records, preparing meeting minutes, issuing licenses and permits, assisting the public, processing payments, supporting elections, handling FOIL requests, bookkeeping, and water/sewer and tax billing. Position may serve as Acting Town Clerk when needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years of clerical or administrative experience preferred; and municipal accounting a plus. Must have strong organizational, communication, and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
