Edible Art: Focaccia + Cocktails
Join Head Baker Mary Sandy at Ellicottville Bake Shop for a hands-on focaccia decorating workshop complete with appetizers and a specialty cocktail
ELLICOTTVILLE - Join Head Baker Mary Sandy for a hands-on, creative workshop at Ellicottville Bake Shop, where bread becomes a canvas. Learn how to transform pillowy focaccia into edible art using fresh vegetables, herbs, and thoughtful design techniques. Chef Mary will guide you through the process from shaping and decorating to baking, sharing tips and tricks along the way.
Your experience includes two delicious appetizers - a caramelized onion and goat cheese tarte and savory focaccia slices - plus a specialty cocktail crafted by the Alpine Bistro. Come ready to sip, snack, create, and leave with a beautifully decorated focaccia that’s almost too pretty to eat (almost).
This special workshop will take place on Thursday, February 26th from 6:00-8:00pm. Your ticket includes the workshop, appetizers, and a cocktail! Cost is $35 per guest. Ellicottville Bake Shop is located at 5 E. Washington Street (the plaza across from Tops Friendly Markets) in the village of Ellicottville. Purchase your ticket on Eventbrite.com; search Edible Art: Focaccia + Cocktails. Alternatively, you can call the Bake Shop at 716-699-9116 to register for this event.
