Notice of Public Hearing, Village of Ellicottville Planning Board

LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Village of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the 12th day of November, 2025 at 6:00 PM or soon after in the Ellicottville Town Center, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The purpose of the hearing is to hear all interested parties regarding an application by Gabby Iuculano for Historic District Review and Architectural Design approval to alter a storefront and replace the front entry doors at 29 Washington Street, Tax Map #55.035-5-11. Further information is available for review at the Planning Department, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The application may also be viewed on the Village website at www.villageofellicottvilleny.gov. Persons wishing to do so may submit comments prior to the meeting.
