Notice of Public Hearing

VILLAGE OF ELLICOTTVILLE PLANNING BOARD: LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Village of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on 13th day of January 2026 at 5:30 PM or soon after in the Ellicottville Town Center at 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The purpose of the hearing is to hear all interested parties regarding an application by Kathleen Moriarty for a Special Use Permit to convert the rear portion of a condominium unit from Professional Office to a Residence at 8-10 Washington Street, Tax Map #55.035-3-48./102. Further information is available for review at the Planning Department, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The application may also be viewed on the Village website at www.villageofellicottvilleny.gov. Persons wishing to do so may submit comments prior to the meeting.
