Is hereby given that pursuant to the Village of Ellicottville Local Law, the Village Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 5:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Village/Town Hall, 1 W. Washington Street, Ellicottville, New York 14731, 2nd Floor. The purpose is to review the adoption of a local law to amend the tax law, in relation to authorizing the village of Ellicottville to impose a hotel and motel tax; and providing for the repeal of such provisions upon expiration thereof. 12/17/2025.
