Notice of Public Hearing

VILLAGE OF ELLICOTTVILLE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS: LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Village of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on 3rd day of February 2026 at 5:30 PM or soon after in the Ellicottville Town Center at 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The purpose of the hearing is to hear all interested parties regarding an application by John Hushen for three area variances at 21 Rockwell Avenue, Tax Map #55.036-2-37. The petitioner is proposing to construct a single-family residence that exceeds the minimum required side yard and front yard setbacks. Further information is available for review at the Planning Department, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The application may also be viewed on the Village website at www.villageofellicottvilleny.gov. Persons wishing to do so may submit comments prior to the meeting.
