Notice of Public Hearing

TOWN OF ELLICOTTVILLE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS: LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Town of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the 8th day of January 2026 at 6:00 PM or soon after in the Ellicottville Town Center at 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The purpose of the hearing is to hear all interested parties regarding an application by Dylan Bartz for a Use Variance to allow the property at 7334 Route 219 (Tax Map #37.004-1-21.3) to be used as a multiple-family dwelling with 6 dwelling units, which is not permitted in the Conservation District. Further information is available for review at the Planning Department, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The application may also be viewed on the Town website at www.townofellicottvilleny.gov. Persons wishing to do so may submit comments prior to the meeting.
