The ever-popular Santa Claus Lane Parade in Olean, NY is the official kick-off to the holiday season in the area on Friday, November 25 at 6:30pm at the intersection of Delaware Avenue and North Union Street.  

Holiday Valley will officially open for the season on Friday, November 25, 2022. Friday, lifts will run from 9am-4:30pm. Saturday and Sunday from 8:30am-4:30pm. Night Skiing will begin on December 9.

The Franklinville-Ellicottville Titans’ 2022 season came to an end on Nov. 10 with a 30-14 loss to the Randolph Cardinals in the Section VI Class D championship football game at Highmark Stadium.

Titans players & coaches boarded busses bound for Orchard Park’s Highmark Stadium Tuesday morning to take part in a media day organized by Section VI athletics for the ten teams that will be vying for five titles Nov. 9-10.

Thanksgiving weekend in the 14731 has become a tradition for many locals and visitors alike. Christmas in Ellicottville will run all weekend long, Nov. 25-27 and will feature a number of holiday-themed activities for kids and the kid at heart.

For many, it wouldn’t feel like the start of the holiday season without a visit to Hog-Shed Studio Pottery or Brookside Studio Watercolors for their annual holiday open house! Both studios will be open November 4-6 from 10:00am-5:00pm.
