NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Ellicottville at the Town Hall, 1 Washington Street, Ellicottville, New York, at 6:00 P.M. on the 15th day of July, 2026, concerning proposed Local Law Number 3 of 2026, entitled “A LOCAL LAW ESTABLISHING A TEMPORARY MORATORIUM ON BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM PROJECTS AND DATA CENTER PROJECTS IN THE TOWN OF ELLICOTTVILLE, NEW YORK”. A copy of the proposed local law is available for inspection at the office of the Town Clerk. At such time and place all persons interested in the subject matter of the proposed local law will be heard concerning the same.
