Notice of Public Hearing

TOWN OF ELLICOTTVILLE PLANNING BOARD: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Town of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the 27th day of July, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. The hearing will take place at the Ellicottville Town Center, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application by Baranowski Metalworks and Fabrication for a Special Use Permit and Site Plan Review for property located at 6633 US Route 219 (Tax Map #46.004-1-48.1). The applicant is proposing a Product Assembly business involving light manufacturing and fabrication. Information regarding this application is available for public inspection at the Planning Department during regular business hours. The application may also be viewed on the Town website at www.townofellicottvilleny.gov. Persons wishing to do so may submit comments prior to the meeting.
