Notice of Public Hearing

VILLAGE OF ELLICOTTVILLE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS: LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Village of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Ellicottville Town Center, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731, on the 5th day of August 2025 at 5 :30 PM. The purpose of the hearing is to hear all interested parties regarding an application by Michael Anderson for an Area Variance at 39 Martha Street, Tax Map #55.035-4-15. The petitioner is proposing to construct a single-story addition off the rear of an accessory structure exceeding the maximum square footage allowed by the zoning local law. Further information is available for review at the Planning Department, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The application may also be viewed on the Village website at www.ellicottvillegov.com. Persons wishing to do so may submit comments prior to the meeting.
