Notice of Public Hearing

TOWN OF ELLICOTTVILLE ZONING BOARD: LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Town of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on 22nd day of September at 6:00 PM or soon after in the Ellicottville Town Center at 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The purpose of the hearing is to hear all interested parties regarding a Special Use Permit application by Jake Northrup to expand an existing self-service storage business and construct two new 20’ x 200’ storage buildings at 6633 U.S. Route 219N, Tax Map #46.004-1-48.1. Further information is available for review at the Planning Department, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The application may also be viewed on the Town website at www.ellicottvillegov.com. Persons wishing to do so may submit comments prior to the meeting.
