Notice of Public Hearing

TOWN OF ELLICOTTVILLE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS: LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Town of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on 2nd day of October at 6:00 PM or soon after in the Ellicottville Town Center at 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The purpose of the hearing is to hear all interested parties regarding an application by Derek Wells for an Area Variance to construct a new single-family dwelling less than the minimum distance required from the front property line at 5679 Beaver Meadow Road, Tax Map #38.001-1-13.1. Further information is available for review at the Planning Department, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The application may also be viewed on the Town website at www.townofellicottvilleny.gov. Persons wishing to do so may submit comments prior to the meeting.
