Notice of Public Hearing

Town of Ellicottville Zoning Board of Appeals: LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Village of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the 2nd day of April 2026 at 6:00 PM or soon after in the Ellicottville Town Center at 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The purpose of the hearing is to hear all interested parties regarding an application by Derek Wells for an area variance at 5679 Beaver Meadows Road, Tax Map #38.001-1-13.1. The petitioner is proposing to construct a single-family dwelling that exceeds the minimum front yard setback. Further information is available for review at the Planning Department, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The application may also be viewed on the Town website at www.townofellicottvilleny.gov. Persons wishing to do so may submit comments prior to the meeting.
