Notice of Public Hearing, Town of Ellicottville Planning Board

LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Town of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the 23rd day of March 2026 at 6:00 PM or soon after in the Ellicottville Town Center at 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The purpose of the hearing is to hear all interested parties regarding a Special Use Permit application by Valley Crest Holdings, LLC for a change of use at 7737 U.S. Route 219, Tax Map #37.004-1-12.3. The petitioner is proposing to repurpose an existing vacant commercial building into a six-unit multi-family dwelling. Further information is available for review at the Planning Department, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, New York 14731. The application may also be viewed on the Town website at www.townofellicottvilleny.gov. Persons wishing to do so may submit comments prior to the meeting.
